Rygge IL was one of 16 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during V/S Indoor Cup 2020. They participated with 5 teams in Gutter 7 (født 2013), Gutter 12 (født 2008) and Gutter 13 (født 2007) respectively. The team in Gutter 13 (født 2007) made it to the the Bronze match in Slutspill A, but lost it against Varteig IL 2 by 0-4.
In addition to this, Rygge IL have participated in V/S Indoor Cup before. During V/S Indoor Cup 2019, Rygge had two teams playing in Gutter 7 (født 2012). Rygge comes from RYGGE which lies approximately 14 km from Våler i Østfold, where V/S Indoor Cup takes place. The area around RYGGE does also provide 13 additional clubs participating during V/S Indoor Cup 2020 (Among others: Skiptvet IL, Moss FK, Varteig IL, Eika Krapfoss, Fotballklubben, Vansjø/Svinndal IL, Kråkstad IL, Kambo IL, Larkollen IL, Hobøl IL - Fotball and Ekholt BK).
